FABRICATION METHOD:
Framing fabricated in a shop and assembled in a dry
dock. Concrete placed in the dry dock. High fluidity
concrete was pumped into SCS sections.

Five of the six sections will use steel-concrete-steel (SCS) designs. This will eliminate
the need for traveller type formwork. Bids had just been opened on these first sections
when this was written.
Framing fabricated in a shop and assembled in a dry
dock. Concrete placed in the dry dock. High fluidity
concrete was pumped into SCS sections.
