Element hung from under scows by cables fed through wells. Element had to be sunk below scows to attach them.
Tremie concrete.
Continuous steel shell.
Element was landed on tremie concrete pads formed to exact grade; screw jacks on the corners were used to level the element. A screeded bed was provided as well.
